SHIPPING POLICY

Due to software limitations, and our desire to be fair to you, we are required to calculate and add the shipping cost to your total AFTER you have placed your order. Please note that WE CHARGE EXACTLY WHAT UPS CHARGES to ship your package. There are NO hidden handling charges. If you would like a shipping quote BEFORE you place your order please contact us: (207)892-5027. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.        

All ammunition is shipped via UPS Ground "ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED" ONLY.

UPS will NOT deliver to a P.O. Box. You must provide a physical shipping address on your order will not be delivered.

You must be 18 years or older to purchase rifle ammunition or 21 years and over to purchase pistol ammunition.

No ammunition can be sold to anyone in the state of Massachusetts* or the city of Chicago, City of Los Angeles,  New York City and Washington DC.

Illinois residents must provide a copy of your FOID card either by mail or FAX.

Residents of DE, NY. and OH. please check your local laws for restrictions before ordering any ammunition products.

It is the customers responsibility to follow all Federal, State and Local laws on all products shipped. 

Orders placed on Friday will ship on the following Monday. (Monday holidays excepted)  We don't like having your order sit around in a warehouse.

AMMUNITION CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR ANY REASON! 

Damaged Shipments
It is the customers responsibility to report damaged shipments to the shipping company. You must also retain the shipping container and packing material for the shippers inspection. if you do not promptly report the damage or loss to the shipping company then you have accepted the shipment as is without further recourse.
